What Our Customers Are Saying
"I wanted to share with you my thoughts and admiration for one of your employees and branch managers Mr. Jeremiah Stephenson. Three years ago I walked into The East Nashville Branch of First Tennessee and was greeted by Mr. Stephenson at the teller window, he was very kind and helpful with my personal and non-profit business accounts. Every time I came into the bank he was always willing to take time out and explain things and assist me with my accounts.
When it came time to build a new board of directors for my foundation Angel Heart Farm(www.angelheartfarm) , I quickly asked him to sit on the board and share his knowledge as a treasurer of the program. He agreed to be on the board and said he would help out in anyway possible. I told him he would move up the ladder with First Tennessee, not only because of his banking knowledge but his strong abilities in public relations and great people skills. I was not surprised when I got an email from him that he became the branch manger of the Elm Hill Pike location! I was so happy for him, not a better person for the job!.
The foundation Angel Heart Farm moved to Lexington, Kentucky about two years ago. The move has been a positive one. I continued to stay with First Tennessee Bank with my personal account and our non-profit business accounts, mainly because of Jeremiah. He has always been kind and very supportive of the foundation and understands what our mission of the program is all about. I struggle with dyslexia (with numbers) so he gets several phone calls a week from me asking if I did this or that right! He has been a true blessing to our foundation. I look forward in banking with First Tennessee for years to come, I can not imagine a better team player and person to have as an employee as Jeremiah.
I just wanted to let you all know how grateful we are to have his knowledge, support and assistance to the foundation.
With Grace and Gratitude
